Listing your home and don’t know where to begin?

The Five-Prong Marketing Approach

To reach the optimum number of qualified buyers, your home requires a comprehensive marketing system. That is why we utilize and individualize this tactic for each of our clients.

1. Multiple listing service

With the Keller Williams listing service, rather than simply offering your home to local agents, your property will be marketed both nationally and internationally. Our first order of business is to ensure your home stands out from the masses as realtors sift through the MLS for their client’s ideal home.
2. Social media and website promotions
The National Association of Realtors reports more than 87% of the buyers will begin their search for home on the internet. This means that having a strong presence on a variety of platforms such as Facebook, Zillow, Trulia, Twitter, etc. is essential for a quick and easy sale.
3. Print Media
Although the internet seems to be dominating today’s marketplace, print media is not to be overlooked. Professional brochures, postcards, and newspaper listings further extend the exposure of your property.
4. Open house program
We encourage offering at least one public open house when your home first hits the market and another one after any change in status. Broker open houses are also imperative on spreading the word of a listing.
5. Tried and true promotion
Traditional strategies such as yard for sale signs are a simple, effective way to generate a buzz in your neighborhood.
